Why us?
Support
People come to us from a wide range of hosting providers, and one of the most common reasons they give for switching is their experience with customer support. Some providers take too long to respond, while others, unfortunately, go as far as treating their own customers disrespectfully.
We want to be transparent about our own situation. At the moment, our support team consists of just two people. Both of us are also directly involved in developing our panel and website, maintaining our infrastructure, and working on the hosting platform itself.
Before we started the hosting service, we were already building and managing Minecraft servers ourselves. Some of you may have come across our work before. At some point, we decided that we could offer something better and built our own hosting service around that idea.
Now, for the actual numbers:
- Our average response time is around 30 minutes. Sometimes we respond faster; occasionally, it may take longer depending on the situation and workload.
- We receive around 50–100 support tickets every month. We respond to every ticket and make an effort to properly investigate and resolve each issue rather than simply providing a generic response.
- We are willing to go beyond standard support when the situation requires it. For example, when one of our customers encountered a problem with Discord integration, we extended and modified the DiscordLab plugin specifically to make the connection work with their server.
We are still a small team, and we do not want to pretend otherwise. However, being small also means that when you contact our support, you are talking directly to the people who build and maintain the service itself.

AI Assistance
You buy a server, configure it, install your mods, plugins, and other software — and then, suddenly, something breaks.
What do you do? You start digging through the logs, checking the server configuration, looking for conflicting mods, and trying to figure out what went wrong.

Today, with LLMs becoming an increasingly practical part of everyday software, there is another option. You can simply ask our AI Assistant what caused the problem. It can analyze your server logs and configuration, identify potential issues, and help you understand what needs to be fixed.
Ask the question, make yourself a cup of coffee, come back — and there is a good chance your server is already running again.
Design
Let's be honest: aren't you tired of the same dull corporate designs used by hosting websites and control panels everywhere?
No character. No personality. No sense of style. Just another serious-looking interface trying very hard to look important. We decided that wasn't for us. We don't want to wear suits, speak in corporate jargon, or pretend to be more important than we are.

That's why Mikasa is at the heart of our visual identity. She represents loyalty and dedication — qualities that, in the end, can lead to freedom rather than destruction.
